Offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. Valid for new groups contracted between August 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 Meeting must actualize (booked, consumed and paid for) between September 1, 2010 and December 31, 2012.

  2. Groups must consume at least 250 cumulative nights, with a minimum of 50 rooms per night peak. 

  3. Group must reference this offer when submitting RFP via our website or when speaking to sales staff and incentive must be specified in sales contract.

  4. These offers are not retroactive or valid for groups previously contracted. Booking of group rooms and meeting space is at Hilton Shreveport and Shreveport Convention Center discretion and subject to availability.

  5. HHonors® Planner points are subject to a maximum of 100,000 points and end user name must be stated in hotel sales contract. Earn 2,500 bonus HHonors points for every 25 room nights contracted and actualized.  HHonors® membership, earning of Points and Miles and redemption of points are subject to HHonors terms and conditions.  Blackout dates may apply.
